I had a list of things to get done when I went in to get my car done I'm listing a few off the top of my head. Idler pulley, serpentine , oil and filter change spark plugs changed, windshield wipers replaced , almost all my bulbs needed to be replaced, gasket needed to be replaced, my front brakes pads and drums needed to be replaced and I needed a new tire riding around on a donut there was a lot more but I'm sure you get my drift. They took care of it all service was EXCELLENT. The service worker was nice and polite and he really worked with me. I was shocked it only took them a day to get everything done. Thank you so much. I really thought I was probably going to have to get a another car, nowadays not many of us have that type of money so this really took some stress off of my shoulders.

We came with no Appointment since the Place that we did have an Appointment with said they could not inspect our two Cars since someone called out sick. Mario was able to get us in ,he was very professionell and Polite ,we will be coming here from now on. We appreciate the great Job

I drive a 2019 Camry. Just started going here last August when I moved to Norfolk. Had to get a state inspection being new to VA. My car had some mods that I had to remove like headlight film to change the color. They failed me, told me what I had to do to pass and then I came back 2 hours later. They passed me. Got an oil change done at the same time. Recently I came back in due to a squeak in my rear right wheel but only when I reverse. I noticed some marks on my rotor. So I took it in and sure enough I needed new pads and rotors. So I got it done. ✅ They told me the other things needed but I figured I better just change the front rotors and brakes too. So this is my third visit. I also came back for a coolant flush. My car is a little low and I called up just to make sure when they park it that they don’t hit the little concrete blocks in the parking lot. They assured me they would take care of it. I usually back my car in everywhere just because of the front lip. Mario said no issue. We got you! Overall the customer service in the front office with Mario is fantastic and the mechanic work is great. They back the work with a warranty. Any issue with the brakes they will fix

Went for state inspection was told front brakes and rotors need to b replaced when nothing was wrong with them. They want over $500 to fix and all it really needed was some great on slide bolts. Won't go there again. Not the first time they tried getting more money out of us.

I needed a state inspection on my Toyota GR 86 and no one around was available to have a manual transmission car. I called around two places and got my hands on this place and I was able to drop off my car in the morning and it ended up being finished in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this place if you need fast service same day. The staff was very kind and provided Me with great recommendations that would keep my car health in good shape. I would also recommend this place if you don’t want extra services being shoved in your face just for them to make extra money. Definitely better than the dealership.
